REGISTRATION WILL OPEN SEPTEMBER 2008

 

GENERAL VENDING INFORMATION:


ALL VENDORS WILL BE AT THE VETERAN'S MEMORIAL HALL.  ALL VENDORS WILL BE LIMITED TO TWO 8' X 8' SPACES, ONE TABLE PER SPACE DUE TO SPACE ACCOMMODATIONS AND FIRE REGULATIONS (ALL EXITS CAN NOT BE BLOCKED IN ANY WAY).  YOU MAY BUILD UP BUT NOT OUT.  TABLE COVERINGS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.  LOCATION SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.  VENDING IN MOTEL ROOMS WILL BE PROHIBITED. 

  • We are requesting one donated item from each vendor for the raffle

  • Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, whether lost, stolen, or damaged or any theft of monies.  Vendors will be responsible for their own clean up and any damage done to their own vendor space.  All vendors will be responsible for arranging to pick up their own products shipped in advance.  Contact the motel desk of where you have reservations at upon arrival and request your products that were shipped in advance. 

ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH CALIFORNIA LAW and will need to obtain a sellers permit. Vendors will have to charge tax of 7.75% on any "tangible" item. (that is the tax in Solvang).  Here is the information to obtain a seller's permit:

SHIPPING PRODUCTS IN ADVANCE:
 

If you are a vendor that needs to send your products ahead of time, you can make arrangements with the Royal Copenhagen Inn to hold your packages if necessary.  Address to mail your products to:

VENDOR PRICING:
$100.00 (SUBJECT TO CHANGE BEFORE REGISTRATION OPENS IN SEPTEMBER 2008)
for one 8' X 8' space per vendor that includes one table and one chair.  We are limiting ALL vendors to two spaces due to space accommodations and fire regulations (all exits can not be blocked in any way).  If you need to, you can build up but not out.  Location specifications are not guaranteed.  Vendors will be responsible for their own table covering.  Table coverings will not be provided.  Table sizes may vary from 6 ft to 8 ft long.  Building will be locked during the night and reopened each morning.  First come first serve.  Previous year's vendors get first priority.
